VIDEO & PODCAST KNOWLEDGE HUB

Ask an Expert

Interviews, full transcripts, and short answers from attorneys, claims professionals, clinicians, and crash investigators. Watch it, read it, or listen to it, and send us the question you cannot find an answer to.

WHAT THIS IS

This is where we put questions to people who handle crashes for a living and publish what they say, unedited for substance and with a full transcript. Answers here are general education from a named expert. They are not legal or medical advice, and no attorney-client or clinician-patient relationship is created by watching, reading, or submitting a question.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND

Six formats, one archive

Everything is captioned, transcribed, and indexed so it can be read as well as watched, and so a specific answer can be found without scrubbing through an hour of video.

01

Long-form interviews

Full conversations with attorneys, adjusters, clinicians, and crash reconstruction specialists about how their side of a claim actually works.

02

Full transcripts

Every episode is transcribed and published in full, so the substance is searchable, quotable, and accessible without playing the video.

03

Short answers

Two-minute answers to single questions, cut from longer interviews and indexed against the question people actually typed.

04

Audio episodes

The same interviews as audio, for people who would rather listen while driving, walking, or waiting at an appointment.

05

Reader questions

Questions submitted by readers, anonymized, put to a relevant expert, and published with the answer so the next person can find it.

06

Contributor profiles

Who each expert is, their credentials, where they practice, and any commercial relationship they have with this site.

HOW WE CHOOSE CONTRIBUTORS

Six rules this hub runs on

These rules exist because an information site that takes advertising money has an obvious conflict. Stating the rules is how we make that conflict checkable rather than hidden.

Credentials are verified before publication

License status, board certification, or professional registration is checked, and the jurisdiction each contributor is admitted or licensed in is stated on their profile.

Relationships are disclosed

If a contributor advertises with us, participates in a referral arrangement, or has any other commercial relationship, it is stated on the episode page and in their profile.

Nothing is paid for

Contributors are not paid for appearances and cannot buy a slot. Advertising and editorial are kept separate, and paid placements are labelled as such.

Answers are general, by design

Contributors are briefed to answer at the level of how this generally works, not to advise the person who asked. That boundary is stated on every page.

Substance is not edited

We cut for length and clarity. We do not alter the substance of an answer, and the full transcript is published so you can check.

Corrections are logged

If a contributor gets something wrong or the law changes, we correct the page, date the correction, and say what changed rather than quietly editing it.

STATE-SPECIFIC QUESTIONS

Rules change at the state line

Contributors answer in general terms. For the deadlines, coverage minimums, and fault rules that actually bind you, start with your state guide.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions about this hub

No. Everything published here is general education from a named professional speaking about how a process generally works. It is not advice about your situation, and watching, reading, or submitting a question does not create an attorney-client or clinician-patient relationship.

Use the submission form on this page. Describe the situation in general terms and tell us your state. Do not send documents, medical records, or anything confidential. Submissions are not a secure or privileged channel.

Possibly. Questions we publish are anonymized and lightly edited for length and clarity before being put to a contributor. We do not publish names, contact details, or identifying specifics, and we will not publish a question you ask us not to.

No. Contributors are not paid for appearances and cannot purchase a slot. Where a contributor has any commercial relationship with this site, it is disclosed on the episode page and on their profile.

Yes, with attribution and a link to the original episode page. Please quote in context and use the published transcript rather than transcribing from audio, so the wording matches the record.

Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis and most are answered through published content rather than individually. If your matter is time-sensitive, particularly if a deadline is approaching, speak to a licensed professional in your state rather than waiting for us.

SOURCES

How contributors are verified

Credentials are checked against state bar directories, medical licensing boards, and professional registries before publication. Each contributor profile states the jurisdictions they are admitted or licensed in, and the date their credentials were last verified.
